This is an all day paddle and is\u00a0expected to take between 6 to 8 hours dependening upon the swiftness of the water flow. Driving distance between the two landings is 22 miles and takes approximately 37 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Registration opens at 7:30 AM at Knowles Landing. A shuttle (included) will depart at 8:30 AM from the take-out at Dykes Landing near Cochran.<\/p>\n<p>Ticket price is $25 per paddler with group rates available for six or more at $20 each.<\/p>\n<p>High water\/bad weather date is May 2, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Boat rental\u00a0<strong>IS NOT<\/strong>\u00a0included in the ticket price.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocmulgeeoutdoorexpeditions.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ocmulgee Outdoor Expeditions<\/a>\u00a0is the local outfitter for this event.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Deadline to purchase T-shirts is April 15, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; ACA Insurance forms, and photo waivers must be completed for each paddler at site registration. We will use your on-line registration information to pre-populate these forms as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Remember to bring &#8211; and wear &#8211; your Personal Floatation Devices.
